Founded in 2020, Growh Hub was created by a vision to be part of the international community, working together towards collective healing of trauma.

At Grow Hub, we understand the importance of raising awareness on trauma and the consequences of repressed and unattended traumatic experiences on us, and the world we live in. For this reason, we have created a safe space for individuals and groups to heal and grow through psychotherapy, group therapy, workshops, group activities, community building, and retreat programs.

We are also collaborating and building more close relations with various organizations and communities around the world, who have similar vision and goals, or are seeking to become trauma informed. We hope, by the work we do, we can contribute to the collective journey of creating a healthier world for us and our children.
